ONLINE YOGA FOR KIDS
A 12 session course to give fundamentals of Yoga teachings & inculcate mindfulness in children.
Yogic practices will support children to be calm, balanced & creative individuals with strong base of their identity.
Our Teacher will use inovative ways of introducing asanas & breathing practice through games, activities & stories.
- Yoga for holistic health management- special sequences.
- Yoga for enhanced physical stamina
- Yoga for anger management
- Yoga for memory & concentration
- Yoga for emotional management (stress & anxiety)
- Yogic Practices like Yoga nidra and Guided Meditation will develop mindfulness in children and reconnect them with Mother Nature.
- Children will will Learn Yamas & Niyamas (social & personal discipline) through stories, songs , shlokas and music
