- Yoga Anatomy for spine and joints.
- Practical application of chair yoga -senior citizen, corporates-Desk Yoga, people with limited mobility, joint pain relief,beginners,better balance and co-ordination
- Teaching Methodology & Lesson Planning of a chair yoga class.
