Yogic Cooking Course

This course focuses on simple tasty recipes that are easy to prepare. We talk about being a vegetarian as a means to a higher taste. We share some ayurvedic tips on healthy eating, how to prepare and offer karma-free food in good consciousness. This course features simple recipes for healthy nutritious meals and some quick and easy sweet treats to spoil yourself at times.
